Snake Gourd

This variety produces green skin fruits with white stripes, 10-20 inches long. Plants grow vigorously in warm summer and are very profilic. For short season areas, it is suggested to start planting/seeding indoors and transplant later into open field when the weather permits. Pick young fruits for cooking use.

NOTE: This OP variety Snake gourd seeds may have relatively low germination due to hard coat(skin). It is suggested to break slightly seed skin before planting This tropical plant will germinate best in warm environment, 80-90 F.

Hairy Gourd

Long Star F1: The fruits are cylindrical, 25-28 cm long, 6 cm in diameter. Firm flesh. Light green color.
